Besides the product and my previous buying experience, the two other reasons that I knew I was going to buy my next car from Cortese Ford was that Ford Motor Company didn't take any "bail-out" money; and Keith and Doug in the service department are great to work with!
This morning I brought in my Saturn Vue for an oil change. It was my first time at Cortese and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had at an automotive shop. Everyone I came in contact with there was wonderful. Everyone was smiling and polite and they took great care of me and my car. I’’ve never had a car wash with an oil change before - that was a neat surprise. The shuttle service - so wonderful and right on time.I can’’t say enough good things about my experience. I am so thrilled to have found your service group and I will continue to do business with Cortese. I also know now where I am going when it’’s time to purchase a new car! Thank you all so very much!!

We ordered our Escape in July, understanding it may take several months for it to arrive. Shane Chapin kept us informed, and let us know as other Escapes became available. I was set on my favorite color-Kiwi Green, and the leather interior and SYNC. I purchased my previous vehicle at Cortese Ford, and I'm sure we will return when we replace my husband's car.
Everyone at Cortese Ford was kind, considerate, friendly, and knowledgable. Buying my Focus was a great experience for a first time buyer.

I know what a truck should be, and I believe the Ford F-150 is a superior product. I enjoyed doing business with Shane Chapin. He is very Knowledgeable, and being a veteran like myself, it was an "Over the Top" deal. There's alot of truck people at the VFW!

It was not an easy situation to deal with as my deaf son had car troubles in Rochester and I am here in Rhode Island. Tim kept informed every step of the way as to the condition of the vehicle, repair time estimate, and materials needed to bring the car back to full and safe operation.
My son now knows where to bring his car for excellent service. Once again thank you ever so much and keep up the good work.
